A graduate of MIPT with a diverse background in technology, including roles in game development, AI products, fintech, and edu-tech.
At ABBYY and Yandex, skills in product management were honed, leading to significant roles such as Managing Director and CPO at Sberclass Edu-platform, overseeing product teams to develop and enhance learning systems.
Work at Sberbank involved coaching and driving one of Europe’s largest Agile transformations, improving team efficiency and product delivery.
Proficient in agile methodologies and adept at steering teams of up to 400, has also trained over 700 product owners, significantly contributing to the product management discipline in Sberbank.

Chief Research Officer with over 8 years in research and extensive experience in building and scaling research processes. A Moscow State University graduate majoring in psychology with a big passion for education and innovation.
At Juro, I led user research for an AI-powered contract automation platform, driving evidence-based decisions. Previously, at Sberbank and Yandex. Schoolbook, I set up user research frameworks and established effective research teams for the product, conducting both qualitative and quantitative researches.
I have successfully consulted organizations like Yandex Practicum, UULA, Gazprom, and Sweed POS, helping them establish internal UX functions and conduct complex research projects. With a passion for education, I have founded and headed the annual two-week workshop "Data Analysis for Social Sciences and Humanities" at a Summer School, teaching research at School of Education, Netology and BangBangEducation across various courses
